Next to automation we design, develop and implement industrial automation solutions and software. Our products are used, among others, to controle production lines, as well for collecting, processing and analyzing data gathered in the production processes.

AUTOMATION

We provide automation systems for machine manufacturers, including electrical enclosures and electrical installations. Furthermore, we perform supervision of the execution of entire projects. We design the ePLAN P8 electrical documentation.

IT

We create dedicated master control systems, systems for collecting and analyzing industrial data based on Oracle and MS SQL databases. Our task is to develop custom-designed software and integrate our solutions with our clients’ existing IT systems.

PLC

We develop software for a wide spectrum of industries, mainly based on programmable logic controllers (PLC), such as Siemens SIMATIC & TIA Portal, Allen Bradley / Rockwell, Beckhoff, GE Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Phoenix PLC and others.

ROBOTICS

In our projects, we integrate robotized stations basing on industrial robots ABB, Kuka, Fanuc.

HMI and SCADA

Striving at process control efficiency, we create software for operator control panels in the WinCCFlexible, TSWin, Zenon, etc. environments. To create supervisory visualization, we apply Intouch, Zenon, WinCC, also supported by relational databases.

SCREW POINT SDMS PROCESS DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Screw Point SDMS – Screw Point SDMS – state of the art, uniform, centrally managed control and data collection system assuming drill drivers and other devices applied in the production line. The system is created on the basis of extensive experience in various VW production environments.
